Refund policy

No returns on custom items. Due to the nature of the items no returns/refunds will be accepted unless there is an error on our end or manufacturer(leaking cup). I will keep you updated the during the entire process of making your cup to make sure it is to your liking.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
All packages are insured for $100 through the shipping provider. If your package is damaged or lost in the mail please let me know so we get you in contact with the provider.
